Lyndsey Olson, city attorney for the city of St. Paul, has obtained a master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College. She officially graduated on July 24.Olson has served in the Minnesota National Guard since 2001 and is currently a lieutenant colonel and staff judge advocate for the 34th Infantry Division.

HEALTH CARE

Essentia Health, Duluth, announced plans for the area’s first Ronald McDonald House to be located adjacent to St. Mary’s Medical Center at 503 E Third St., Duluth. Ronald McDonald House provides families of young patients undergoing health care a temporary space to live at no cost.

HONORS

Spire Credit Union, Falcon Heights, announced it won six national awards including Excellence in Marketing – Community Outreach, and five Diamond Awards, from the Credit Union National Association. … Minnesota state Sen.
