A 41-year-old Spokane motorcyclist died late Friday after his bike left the roadway north of Rockford, according to the Washington State Patrol.

Keith R. Carpenter was traveling north on State Route 27 north of Rockford when his Harley-Davidson motorcycle left the roadway and rolled several times just before 9:30 p.m. Friday, according to a WSP news release. 

Carpenter was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Carpenter was not wearing a helmet, according to the news release.
